Return Policy

All custom orders are non returnable and non refundable. Jewelry purchased from our website that is a stock item and has not been altered or modified in any way is returnable for exchange for an item of equal or greater value, if returned within 7 days in original box with receipts and tags attached.

STUart Jewelry Designs, Ltd. is not responsible for customer’s diamonds or genuine stones due to the fact that genuine stones and diamonds are subject to fractures, chipping, scratching or treatments to alter clarity and color.
When shipping your diamonds or genuine stones to STUart Jewelry Designs,Ltd. please send copies of all certificates and the value of the stones.

Shipping

Once orders are ready for shipping you will receive an e-mail notification. Orders will be shipped UPS insured and signature required from a person 18 years or older.

We do not mail to P.O.Box.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed with STUart Jewelry Designs,Ltd.

Sizing

Square shape and eternity bands must have correct finger size.

All orders are priced at 14kt gold. Pricing determined by the choice of 14kt, 18kt, white, yellow, rose gold or platinum.

All orders must be paid in full plus shipping and insurance when placing order.

We are not responsible if any other jeweler has altered or repaired our jewelry in any way.
